So i want to get fit and lose abit of weight? Any advice would be great!!?
Ok so I want to get fit and lose some weight am around 5,11 or 6 or so and am about 13 stone... the house that am staying at has a treadmill and rowing machine...so each morning since tuesday I've been getting up and heading on the treadmill for 30mins or so at 8mph 6mph and then going on the rowing machine for about 10 mins and then at about 5 i've been doing another half an hour on the treadmill.I know am proobally doing to much to start of with...cus am aching...but i want to really push myself...my goal is to get heathly and lose weight for the beginining of May.I'm eating a piece of furit after my morning work out and a bowl of cereal and then dinner because the family here have dinner in the afternoon and then a snack...like bread or maybe just a cearal bar.Can you give me any tips on other stuff i could be doing? I already drink tons of water i have since i was like 15. Am 18 btw.Also any eating advice? no dont eat and strave myself Also i said i was going to cut out junk but ive had a choc bar practlly everyday...how can i stop my cravings for choco?Many Thanks Ok my questions probally pharsed wrong i want to lose weight not abit alot

i am overweight at 80 kg 176 lbs and i am 1.66 m 5.5 ft . Does anyone have any tips feedback anything on the best way to loose weight, get fit and stronger. Is it better for me to eat 3 or 6 meals a day? I really want to loose 15 kg, how long will this take me? I am a student and do not have the money to spend loads of money on diet foods. Trying to get fit as a teenager.?
I am 14 and turning 15 this year, I want to have abs and no flabby parts but im just not commited enough to do an ab routine every day or every second day I have tried lots of different routines . I walk every day and try to lay off the fatty foods, a lot of the time I miss breakfast though, atleast once a week I get a lunch from the canteen which is usually pizza and chocolate milk... I also did weights for a while on my biceps and triceps but couldn't keep that up. There is just way too many other things in my life to worry about then to keep doing an ab and or arm exercise routine every second day. Walking is fine for me though because I can do that in the morning or at night after tea. I really don't know what to do. Any suggestions for me to have a fitter life and maybe an easier way to abs... By the way I think i might have abs under the small layer of fat I have on my stomach but just isn't showing.

I am 17, 5' and weigh like 105 maybe even 110. Yeah i know sounds dumb cuz you probably think thats fit. But really i think i could use to shed just a few pounds. You cant tell usually but i would like to lose belly fat, and gain some muscle. I excercise off and on, diet off and on and yes i know thats the big problem. I have a REALLY hard time staying motivated. In july me and my boyfriend are moving to Denver, our app have a gym, so we plan to start going when we move. But i want to get in the habit of being healthier now. My two main problems i loveeeee food haha yeah sounds like a piggy thing to say, but i do. I dont overeat, i just really like food second, once i skip a day of excercise i give up completely I only have access to a excercise bike and " the firm workout" three days a week. PLEASE help. I really wanna get out of my start and stop rut. PLEASE NO DIET PILL ADS OR ADS IN GENERAL I keep getting them soooo tired of those dumb things.

my body is a jubbly mess and im out of breath VERY quickly doing very light things like walking fast or running for a short time. i want to be fitter and not be out of breath, being able to run without struggling and doing long distances, and being able to tone up especially in the thigh, abs and arms. please help i heard that interval and fartlek training is effective and burns fat more easily that moderate exercises. pleasee helpp can shakes and bars like slim fast help in combonation an going to the gym regularly?
How to get fit in 2 weeks?
I've already did a little bit of exercise 1000 skipping and cycling 10 rounds to be exact everyday since 4 Jan well to be exact, since 4 jan I skipped for 200 times per day but now i can skip 1000 times .I really wanna lose like 5 kg? I'm 53 kg at the moment I think, I'm not sure because my weight scale is not accurate, you'll have to add 2kg . I don't eat a lot, but it seemed like I am destined to get free foods every saturday O O SO i ate a lot during saturday idk why.
