I'm about105 / 110 , five foot two and 13. Please give me a really good workout or routine :) pls no vague answers

Hi, the best way from my experience is a combination of 75% diet and 25% exercise. I'll give you a few quick tips. For your diet, for the first two weeks, eat all fat/ protein, for eg.. bacon ham steak, cheese eggs. only a maximum of 20-30g of carbs after the two weeks, cut out all the fat and eat just lean proteins. eg. chicken, tuna, egg white. Drink only water and tea. (green or white or oolong) And for exercise, do ab exercises everyday and perform some cardio. For more info, see the link ive posted. To your success,

First off, to get a six pack youll need a lot of dedication. its not just gonna happen over night. first thing is that you need to eat a lot of healthy low fat foods like fruits and vegetables. also have lots of protein to build up your abdominal muscles. also do the following excersises every day 1. bicycle sit ups 2. leg raises 3. chrunches 4.sit ups hope my answer helped
