Physical fitness is broken down to flexibility, cardio-respiratory endurance, muscular endurance, body composition, and muscular strength. development in all these categories can improve your over all health. To loose weight you need a 500 calorie deficit. So consume 300 fewer calories a day and burn 200 calories in cardio. or Viceversa. Developing muscle mass can improve your muscular strength and body composition, so include strength training. Doing cardio, i.e. running, swimming, aerobics, etc. can improve your cardio-respiratory endurance and muscular endurance. Remember eat whole grains, and dairy. Calcium helps to burn fat. |

Moderate to Intense aerobic exercise 30min x 3 days per week.. or more and General Weight lifting. General Activities in place of gym stuff activities. Frisbee, Golf, Football, Basketball, etc. Diet is key. |
