Question: What is the thing should i eat to help me get fit and muscular ( i workout ) and what should i be away from? Posted by: Summer on 2010-02-05, 07:02:11 If you want to build muscles then you need to eat foods that are rich in protein and stay away from junk food, processed food and fried foods. You should eat things like fruit, veg sticks and hummus, oatcakes with honey and yogurt for snacks. For breakfast things like vegetable omelets or cereal with milk and banana are good choices. For lunch chicken or tuna sandwiches with salad on wholemeal bread are good options and for dinner you could eat things like fish or meat with brown rice, sweet potatoes or wholemeal pasta/ noodles. As long as you eat less calories than you burn and you eat lots of protein then you will burn fat and build muscle. |
