Posted by: Emily! on 2010-02-03, 13:05:52 Join a rowing club and start rowing. It builds your arms, legs, back and tones all of your abs with all of the proper b.r.a training. And its fun, looks good on your CV and you can enter competitions and win medals etc. Do kickboxing - arms and legs. Swimming - as an extra it builds up all of your muscles |
