Posted by: miss hopeful on 2010-02-05, 03:13:42 It was said that you should eat fruit BEFORE a meal, not after. because main course usually takes a longer time to process than fruit. fruit once eaten is easily digested and is ready to go out, with a food blocking it, it kinda spoils inside your tummy. so eat fruit because it will help in making you fit, and BEAUTIFUL, because within just three days of PROPER fruit diet, friends will immedietly see difference in you, you would be like glowing. of course this is automatic---excercise. |

Posted by: B on 2010-02-05, 03:18:51 Your not doing to much. its good to ach. wait until the achs go away before you exersize agian. eat before and after you work out. remember how the choc bar makes your tummy feel after you eat it and how it makes you feel tired. that shuld help you stop craving it. replace it with fruit or something healthy. to me, idk what kind of choc bar you eat, but repleace it with a choc protein bar, its still bad for you and its still candy, but them things taste good to, but they make your stomach feel sick as well as any choc stuff, if you eat to much. so when you really creaving it, eat it and eat alot of it, then feel really sick to your tummy, then that should help you remember how sick you feel after you eat it. warm up 5+ min, strech 5+ min, high intensity workout (cardio and/ or strength training) for 2+ hour, strech 1+ hour. cardio= running, or any exersize that causes you to become out of breath. strength training= exersize that causes muscle pain. reps= the # of each time you go up and down from a exersize. high insentisy and less reps is best compared to medium intenstiy and more reps. set= an exersize done until failure. exersize= one particular exersize. failure= phsycially can not do another rep. always do an exersize until failure. muscle soreness= muscle pain that happens the day after your workout, can last a day to a week, sometimes more depending how hard you worked. if your muscles arnt sore the next day after your workout then make your workout harder. recovery= the time during your muscle soreness that you dont do more then light exersize, so your muscles can recover and grow. Light exersize= walking, cooking, cleaning. its good to have muscle soreness, during the time you have muscle soreness, dont do more then light exersizes. once your muscle soreness has gone away, then do your high intensity workout. particular muscles may be sore and other may not be, you can workout the muscles that arnt sore, but wait to do more then light exersizes to the sore muscles until the soreness has gone. eat 2000+ cals a day. eat healthy varieites of fruits, veggies, grains(not white grains), meats, dairy, raw nuts. 6+ meals a day, 3 hours apart. eat 1+ gram protein times your body weight. so if you weigh 100lbs, you eat 100+ grams protein daily. drink 2+ cups water per hour. sleep8+ hours. |

Posted by: Megan on 2010-02-05, 05:43:38 You should combine diet and exercise for best and fast results. Choose healthy foods you like and replace unhealthy ones you eat in a day with them. Drink lots of water. Stay away from fat and sugar. Dont eat after 7pm. Eat 5 small meals in day, including snacks, not 3 big ones. Eat grilled and boiled foods, not fried and fastfoods. Here is a sample diet plan; Breakfast: Slices of tomatoes, a piece of cheese, 4 5 olives, 2 egg whites and green tea Snack: nuts or fruits Lunch: Salad Snack again Dinner: Grilled chicken, turkey or fish and boiled vegetables or salad You should exercise for best, fast and permanent results. You can exercise at home easily with a good program. And support it with walkings or runnings. There is a good program which includes exercises and eating plan. It is most recommended one. Me and my friends use it. Take a look at it and more helpful articles about weight loss, nutrition and exercise from diettipsandfitness.com/ Good luck:) |

Posted by: GettoKnowUs on 2010-02-06, 13:35:56 Loosing weight fast is always an unhealthy thing. There are many diets who tell you that you can loose a lot of weight in no time. And it is working, but you are doing no good to your body. And there's also the Jojo-effect. The best thing to loose and hold a healthy weight is healthy food, less sugar, lots of drinking water, and sports. Diet has to begin in your head. And you already started to think about your nutrition. That's an important step. It is too easy just to make a magazine-diet for 2-3 weeks and loose some weight. But it will come back soon again. If you are over-thinking your nutrition and activity, you will have a constantly good result. Isn't that much better and healthier than a crash-diet ? - Healthy life every day! Take care, :-) |

Posted by: Ywerebeingtes on 2010-02-08, 01:51:05 Weight loss is a tricky topic. Lots of people are unhappy with their present weight, but most aren't sure how to change it - and many would be better off staying where they are. You may want to look like the models or actors in magazines and on TV, but those goals might not be healthy or realistic for you. Besides, no magical diet or pill will make you look like someone else. So what should you do about weight control? Hope this can help u. :) |
