At the weekend i drink for 2 days solid i really want to get fit and better my self how do i do this?

I'm a 17 yr old female, 130 lbs, 5'3" and I would like to lose weight. I exercise in aerobic dance classes for an hour a day 3 days a week. I eat mainly carbs brown and white rice, vegetables and tofu soup and stir fry, sweets, soy milk, fruit, and a lot of organic healthy foods, dried fruit . To lose weight and get to about 115 pounds, how should I change my diet and exercise habits? I want to lose weight healthily and I want to feel better about myself. Help

I want to loose weight and get fit but how can not getting to muscley?
I want to loose some weight and get nice and toned but how can i make sure i dont get all muscley and butch looking? Ok, so I am a male 5' 7" and 180lbs. I am absolutely not in shape. I want to get fit again and build muscle but don't know a good routine to follow?
i used ot be really fit until i got lazy and i gained fat around my stomach and lost my six pack. i have now decided that i want to get my fitness levels back up again, try get my six pack back and also build some muscle.i'm not a fat person infact i'm actually rather skinny exept around my stomach where i have a bit of fat covering what used ot be about 33 years ago a six pack. I just joined the gym last week but i'm not sure on how often i should go and what i should be focusing on. what sort of routine should i be following to reach my goal of once again becoming quite fit.I'm 18 years old and 61 kgAlso this has been my first week going to the gym and my muscle feel really sore is this normal? how long will it last? thanks

Is this a good beginning fitness routine to lose weight and get fit?
I recently joined the YMCA and started trying out different group fitness classes. I plan to exercise five times a week. I was thinking of doing yoga twice a week, and Pilates, aqua fitness, and Nia the other three days. With this routine will I lose weight? Losing weight is a goal, but not my main concern right now. I also want to tone and strengthen, and become more overall flexible, active, and fit. I'm am ex smoker who has been very out of shape and sedentary for the past few years. Will these classes help me achieve my goals? How soon before I start seeing some results?All the classes except Nia are 45 minutes long. The Nia class is 75 minutes.

Trying to get fit for prom, what should I do?
I'm trying to get fit for prom. My prom is at the end of April, and I am trying to flatten my tummy, and tone the muscles in my arms and legs. I am not fat, or even close to being fat, I'm just out of shape and it's a little evident. My question is If I start working out now, about 5 days a week for about an hour each day can I accomplish my goal? What exercises do you recommend, diets etc.?

If you already wear bras, when is the best time to get fitted for a bra again? I have heard at the max, a year, but the best time is every 6 months. I guess I may still be growing, because I am 14 turning 15 in a month and a bit. When you do get fitted for a bra, should you buy new ones to go in your wardrobe because your other ones are worn and cannot offer the best support? Does this apply even if you are an A or a B cup? Also, what do you think is the best place to buy a bra? Before, I have bought things as pricey as $100 for a Marie Jo L'aventure bra, and $60 for a Passioneta bra, and things around the $20 45 price range from Wal Mart and La Senza, the Bay, Change and Victorias Secret. Why am I so tired since I started getting fit?
I am a 20yr old girl have been working out at the gym, hard, for the last two weeks. I do alot of running and a little weights and abs. I take glutamine and cretin once a day, and I try to eat healthy. Recently I have found that I am very fatigued all day no matter how much sleep I get. Is there something in my workout routine that is causing me to be so tired, or would it be due to something else?And no, there is absolutly no way I could be pregnant and I have just had a full health assesment before I started to work out, and I dont have a weight issue. There is nothing wrong with me.

Nervous about getting fit for bands for an expander? REALLY nervous?
ok. tomorrow i have to get fit for bands for a palate expander. i have spacers in that hurt like hell when they put them in and im soooo nervous its gonna hurt when they take em out. like, it feels like mhy teeth are loose when i touch them. heres the questions please help fast but lol my bff is comin w me tomorrow btw its the bands that are metal that go around ur molars.1. do they take out your spacers to fit you for metal bands for an expander? 2 does it hurt when they take the spacers out?3 what do they do to you when they fit you? a girl in my class said that they put diff. metal bands around ur molars, but when they find the right one, they shove it up ur gums then take the impressions again. i already HAD the impressions why would i need it again? impression the rubbery stuff they put in ur teeeth or the molding 4. do they take an impressions w the bands on? 5 do they keep the bands on?6 do they put the expander on when they fit the bands?thanks for answering, plz copy and paste the q's... i feel really nervous and this would help A LOT D

Tips on getting fit and loosing weight, please help!?
Hi,I've had a really rough twelve months and i've ended up putting in a LOT of weight on so long story short, I need to lose like 70lbs, and i'd like to lose it by August so that the next time I see the X boyfriend i'll look fantastic I know it's not gonna go over night and there is no quick fix, but I don't really know how to go about getting the weight off.Can any one suggest any eating exercise plans, or even helpful web pages?Thanks.p.s. please don't just answer eat well and exercise, I already know this, I'm looking for something more specific.
