101 Tips on Get Fit

Trying to work out but i don't know much about it...?
so i'm pretty scrawny and i don't know much about working out. i'm 17 and i'm wondering how i can build some muscle before beach time comes like 3 months away . i started doing pushups and planks and stuff like that and my body is pretty sore since i just began working out. should i work out through the soreness itll go away in like 2 days , work out other muscles that aren't sore, do some cardio, or just rest? my belly also has like a 1 2 inch layer of fat on the front that i'm trying to get off so my abs will show. how long do you think this will take if i do simple workouts every night?

Exercises that work out the whole body but don't require any equipment?
i really want to tone my butt and thighs and tummy area and lose some weight. i have access to an elliptical.

Im 14 and i weight 96 and i want for work out so that i can get abs?

Is two separate 10 minute cardio work outs as good as a 20 minute workout?


My muscles are still sore from exercising? Is it okay to work out today?
My legs and my abs are sooooo sore from working out on monday. On monday I ran 4 miles and did 50 situps. Then the next day I was so sore it hurt to walk and my abs stung everytime I laughed or tried to sit down. On Tuesday I didn't run but I did 60 situps and today I'm still in pain. My mom and I joined a gym and today is our first day. So should I go or skip it?

If I work out 5x a week will I lose weight?
I am 5' 2" and I currently weight 173 pounds. I have very large boobs...so honestly a lot of this weight is there. But I have been doing 30 50 minutes of cardio 5x a week and i do some strength training and a few ab exercises. Will this allow me to lose weight? I have no will power when it comes to dieting but I can work out..so if I do not change my eating habits will it still work? the only thing I have changed would be that I no longer drink pop when I used to quite a bit. I want to be in a bikini by summer What do you think?

Why do I feel like throwing up after i work out at the gym?
Every time i work out I feel really sick afterwards, even if the workout isnt rigorous. Could this have to do with my eating habits, what I use to hydrate? its horrible, and lasts for several hours.

When you work out and sweat a lot, does it decrease the amount you'll sweat during the normal day?

I was working out and i think i hurt myself. Forearm problem?
I was working out and i think i hurt myself. There is no pain whatsoever but when i tried to go into a push up position, my right hand buckled and i fell to the ground. I suspect my right hand of losing strength and i tested with other workout routines as well as flexing. I am able to feel my biceps triceps and deltoids when I flex but my forearm muscle seem to have disappeared and refuses to rise. Shoulder presses are also now difficult for me but bicep curls seem to be okay even though my forearm muscles dont seem to " spring out" like last time. Help Im afraid of a permanent injury. Im only 16

Work outs to make my butt bigger!? (pictures)?

How to look good while working out?
well i'm on the verge of losing a good 10 15 lbs and i don't really have time to go shopping for new clothes or anything because they're just not gonna fix next month. i hate having to go to school with no makeup everyday and ponytails but i have to workout. my jeans dont fit so i can't wear those is there any tips?
